22 Things You Can Do

Exercise regularly : a pretty obvious thing to do but I am surprised at how many people are not doing any serious exercise. Addicted to gaming, screens, junk food, caffeine and/or alcohol, they let their bodies go. Do not let this be you. Get help. A brisk daily walk would be a good start.

Avoid Toxic Exposures

1. Silver : in the past two years mould and yeast have been using the metal silver as an important nutrient. The more silver available the more they can grow. Avoid wearing silver jewellery, using silver cutlery or taking colloidal silver. Dental amalgams containing mercury also contain silver. A homeopathic Silver and/or Silver Amalgam detox is available at the clinic.

2. Chlorine: a poisonous chemical that is used to help sterilise our water supply. When you shower, bath or swim in chlorinated water you will absorb it through the skin. You can install chlorine filters on your drinking and shower plumbing to reduce this exposure. If you swim a lot in chlorinated pools you can purchase a homeopathic Chlorine detox to take afterwards.

3. Hydrocarbons : petrol, diesel, kerosene, propane, butane and solvents used in paints, glues and degreasers are part of our lives. The mould Aspergillus can make these hydrocarbons inside your body. Try to avoid exposures : keep your windows and vents closed while driving in heavy traffic, avoid walking, cycling and running on busy roads, use an extraction fan when cooking with gas. A homeopathic hydrocarbon detox drop can purchased from the clinic for use on a once or twice weekly basis.

4. Avoid smoking and inhaling the smoke of others : tobacco and marijuana absorb the heavy metal cadmium from the soil. Cadmium can poison your brain so that production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine is blocked. Nicotine gets around this neurotransmitter block. A self-perpetuating addiction is set up. You can purchase a homeopathic Cadmium detox from the clinic.

5. Drinking water : our cities derive most of their water supply from large dams. The water in dams is stagnant and exposed to the hot sun. Fertiliser runoff and organic materials drain into the dams. Microbes breed well in these conditions. Our regulatory authority pumps chlorine and toxic chemicals like ammonia into the water in an attempt to sterilise it. However, because of their large numbers during summer, some microbes survive. If they get past your stomach acid they will can breed in your gut, pancreas and biliary canals - nasty parasites like Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Dientamoeba, Blastocystis and toxic bacteria like Shigella, E.Coli and others. Cryptosporidium can colonise the brain leading to meningitis and brain fog. Avoid drinking unfiltered tap water especially in the warmer months. Be careful especially in restaurants and when brushing your teeth. Many people tell me they always drink bottled or filtered water then happily splash tap water on their toothbrush.

6. Mosquitoes : avoid mosquito bites as malarial parasites are now common in this part of the world. Do not leave open tubs or pots of water in your yard or on your balcony. Malarial species appeared in our water supply around six years ago. Many people now have them in their bone marrow, spleen, liver, red blood cells and brain. Children are more susceptible. If you have a child who has become irritable, anxious with poor concentration they may have malarial parasites in their brain. With Covid and the introduction spike protein into our lives, it is now quite common to find malarial parasites, four or five toxic moulds, Candida, one or two toxic bacteria plus a protozoa and a Rickettsia or two in the brain of patients with brain fog.

Avoid Toxic Foods

This would include foods like:

1. Farmed fish : fish take a long time to mature and fish food costs money. Most of our fish is imported frozen from Asian fish farms. This transport costs money. It might be that the farmers buy the cheapest food they can find.

2. Predatory fish : shark, mackerel, king fish and tuna have eaten a lot of smaller fish to grow to a large size. These smaller fish have been feeding on sewerage outflows and things they find on the bottom of the sea where heavy metals collect.

3. GM Foods : many types of grain or seed like wheat, oats, rice, soy and corn have been modified to make them resistant to the herbicide glyphosate. Glyphosate is sprayed on these crops to kill weeds that grow up between the grain plants. Glyphosate is also routinely sprayed two weeks before grain harvest as it causes the poisoned plant to put as much as it can into its seeds (including the glyphosate).

4. Pesticide-sprayed foods : small fruits with thin skins (ie. berries) are sprayed with fungicides to prevent mould from spoiling them during transport and display in the shop. These chemicals can be only partly washed off. While berries may be full of antioxidants etc., you have to balance the good against the bad.

5. Food grown with fish emulsion : these fertilisers invariably contain toxic mercury. Farmers apparently get better results with this type of fertiliser. The plants and trees thus treated dispose of the mercury by putting it in their fruit. Citrus fruits and tomatoes are often grown this way.

6. Fried foods : intense frying and barbecue cooking will generate carcinogenic nitrosamines on the surface of meats. We have the highest incidence of bowel cancer in the developed world in Australia where the BBQ is the go to method for many people. An alternative is to boil or steam the meat first, let it cool then roast it briefly to finish it off. This retains more moisture in the meats.

7. Mouldy foods : since Covid it has become evident to me that we as a community no longer deal well with toxic mould. This includes the Penicillium mould, manufacturer of the antibiotic penicillin. Many of the patients I now test have colonies of toxic Penicillium in their brains, guts and pancreas. Penicillium mould is used in the cheese industry to preserve soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie. Blue cheeses are full of such mould. It was not a problem before Covid but it is now.

8. Toxoplasmosis-contaminated foods : Toxoplasma Gondii is a tiny protozoal parasite found in most fish, animal flesh and milk. This microbe has evolved an invasion strategy whereby it enters the body in food, burrows into the stomach wall and finds a nerve as soon as possible. It then spreads up the nerve to reach the brain or the spinal cord. In many people the vagus nerve is colonised. The vagus nerve controls the supply of glucose to the brain via the pancreatic hormone glucagon. In many people the parasite learns to stimulate glucagon release leading to the release of stored glucose by the liver. The causes the body to release extra insulin to counter the higher blood sugar. Excess sugars are then pushed by the insulin into fat cells leading to weight gain.

9. Toxic cooking equipment : aluminium, titanium and stainless steel are used in cookware. Aluminium is neurotoxic so you might not want to use it. Cooking in alfoil adds a lot of aluminium to food. Chocolate wrapped in alfoil has a lot of aluminium on its surface. Titanium is the basis of Circulon(R)-coated products. Over time the titanium starts to come off during cooking and can cause immune system malfunctions. Stainless steel contains especially nickel and chromium. Nickel can cause allergies and neurotoxicity while chromium will stimulate mould growth. My preference is to use Pyrex(R) saucepans and stoneware non-stick pans.

10. Toxic metals in hot beverages : our cities and towns are full of cafes selling coffees, teas and hot chocolates made using big espresso machines. Inside of those machines are stainless steel tanks with water heated almost to boiling point. Those tanks were mostly made with welding equipment that used radioactive thorium-coated tungsten rods. These metals are incorporated into the tank wall. Thorium is a nuclear fuel and is heavier than lead. It can accumulate in your organs and nervous system over time. The same problem exists with instant hot water machines installed in office kitchens. If you cannot possible contemplate a life without daily take-away coffees, a Thorium-Tungsten homeopathic detox drop can be purchased from the clinic at your next visit. Coffee and cocoa products are known often to contain toxic heavy metals like cadmium.

11. Toxic canning chemicals : tin-coated steel cans can leach tin into food cooked in the can. This is especially true of acidic foods like tomato. Restaurants commonly use large tin cans of tomato passata. Fish cooked inside metal cans can also be contaminated with tin. Bisphenol-A is a chemical toxin found in the plastic lining inside many steel cans. Not good for you either.

12. Lead : this heavy metal may contaminate avocados. This is because the toxic chemical arsenate of lead was used on avocado farms until the late 1980s even though they had known it was poisonous since the 1920s. Many old avocado trees contain a lot of lead which then goes into the fruit.

13. Arsenic : this toxic metal is absorbed from the soil by root vegetables, garlic, onion, potato and sweet potato. The arsenic protects the vegetable from bug and slug attack. Northern China has many arsenic deposits near waterways that drain into the Yellow River. Garlic grown on the huge river delta can be quite contaminated. A lot of our fertiliser comes from China and is not tested for arsenic content.

14. Alcohol : clearly a toxic and addictive substance. Do not drink too much of it. Some people cannot drink alcohol without feeling unwell. This is often because the chambers in their brain are colonised by Candida albicans. Candida converts ethanol into acetaldehyde, the toxic chemical responsible for hangovers. Aspergillus mould can make ethanol in the brain and I see patients from time to time with alcohol-producing Aspergillus in their brains. They live in a constant hangover state. This can be fixed by bioresonance.
